SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Stormwater Systems is an innovative & fast-growing NZ company supplying water-saving solutions to architects, engineers, and building companies across NZ.

We design, sell, install & service 'Aquacomb' & 'FenceTank' water tanks, pumps, and other rain-saving devices & help Kiwis save water as well as fulfill Council stormwater requirements. Hence we are taking the building industry by storm!

Purpose:

To provide excellent customer service as the front-line contact with our customers and to provide admin
support to the Sales team, enabling the team to maximize sales and improve the customer experience.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Working closely with account managers and sales team.

  • Follow up weekly quotes and follow up emails & phone calls, updating key information to ensure accurate forecasting of upcoming jobs.

  • Outbound warm calling from Pacifecon and other subscription database and marketing leads

  • Follow up on opportunities as necessary to maintain production/supply schedule (calling, emailing clients, updating database) and ensure all details are up to date.

  • Inbound enquiry, as necessary

  • Support to Reps with data entry, follow ups, presentations and other collateral as required.

  • Answer queries via email, telephone and provide first line client support.

  • Phone customers according to the call schedule to get appointments in a professional and helpful manner.

Marketing Support

  • Support for Email & social media campaigns & maintain database updates

  • Support planning & managing Facebook / LinkedIn & other online mediums.

  • Support production of promotional Collateral - signage, printed & digital, shows and presentations.

General Admin Support

  • Support to other Admin team members with various parts of process as necessary:

  • Specifications and information provision to clients & consultants. (Architects / Engineers / Building Companies / Project Management Companies)

  • Correlating Sales data and presenting it in a useable form.

  • Formatting documents and letters as well as other administrative support to the team.

  • Prepare materials for proposal documents.

  • Processing and placing customer orders to the operations team.

  • Ensure details of job-relevant Builder, Architect & Engineer are recorded for each job.

  • Ensure job files are stored and named correctly to ensure processes efficiency.

  • Post Installation – Compliance Forms received and registered ongoing service revenue.

  • Maintenance letters to customers – develop a database of homeowners (from original installs) for maintaining and adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.

  • Assisting with health as safety register as required.

Skills, Experience & Education

  • Sales Support experience.

  • Excellent MS Excel skills.

  • Accurate and organised.

  • Great communication skills(verbal and written).

  • Very good data analysing skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills.
